Psalm 1
Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.
Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.

Indeed, blessed is the man who follows after God and read His word daily. Well, today is the first day of New Year and I just want to congratulate all of you who are using this blog for your daily devotions. The most important thing to do for your devotions is that you read the bible passage first and ask the Lord to speak His message for you today!!!

As for me, as I meditate on Psalm 1 this morning, I just cannot help but give thanks to the Lord for prospering me and gave me so much fruits in my life… There are so many things to give thanks for, my wife, children and the spiritual family… My brothers in my G12 Family, all of them are so close to me that I just felt so blessed to have them in my life…

Somehow, I just felt God watches over me and I am so BLESSED by Him. Indeed when we delight in the Law of the LORD and meditate on it day & night, we will find the blessings of the Lord flowing in our lives. Let us begin this New Year by getting our roots deeply anchored into the soil of the Word of God!!!
